Your Guide to More on Vancouver!

False Creek

False Creek is a living and working neighbourhood encircling part of Vancouver's harbour where people can enjoy museums, restaurants, shopping, sports and more.

Science World

Inside this landmark geodesic dome at the east end of False Creek, you will find one of the largest Omnimax domed screens in the world, as well as fascinating demonstrations, exhibitions and hands-on experiences that take you on an exciting trek throughout the world of science.

Plaza of Nations

The Plaza of Nations hosts many special events. It is readily accessible on the waterfront near the stadiums.

Granville Island

Home of the famous Granville Island Public Market the "Island" is a people place in the heart of the city; a rich mixture of colour and culture featuring the Granville Island Brewery, Kids Only Market, water park, street entertainers, numerous restaurants, galleries, and theatres. Throughout the year, there are festivals and maritime adventures for all tastes.

Originally an industrial neighbourhood that is now a thriving neighbourhood community on revitalized land. It is a trendy mix of warehouse lofts, highrise apartments, art galleries, night clubs, and restaurants.

Stamps Landing

Located on the south shore of False Creek, Stamps Landing is home to several attractive pubs and restaurants and offers a spectacular view of the Vancouver skyline.

False Creek Ferries

With multiple stops on the False Creek harbour, taking the small passenger ferry is an excellent idea to get an up close and personal look at different spots around the neighbourhood. You can buy a day pass and take it back and forth across the bay as many times as you want.
